Giới thiệu

This is a most unique talk by Doctor Paul Broca, the Father of Craniology, to members of the Anthropology Society of Paris at their March 4, 1880 meeting. It featured eleven-year-old Jacques Arnodi, a human calculator, who could perform accurately with his mind alone very difficult calculations (multiplications, extraction of square roots and cube roots). How the boy was able to come up with the correct answer nearly all the time is explained.
