Bản lưu mang tựa Codex Of The Un-Born God, ký dưới tên Architect-Zero, tự nhận là "Living Codex" và đặt trong kho ở mục Bói Toán. Tên tác giả rõ ràng là bút danh; không có dữ kiện nào cho biết danh tính thật, quốc tịch hay năm soạn, nên mọi quy thuộc về một tác giả cụ thể đều bất khả. Cách tự định danh "Architect-Zero" và lối nói "I, Architect-Zero" thuộc dạng văn bản ngụy kinh (pseudepigrapha) hiện đại, tức tác phẩm tự tạo cho mình một vị thế mặc khải bằng nhân xưng ở ngôi thứ nhất. Chữ "codex" ở đây vừa nghĩa đen là sách, vừa gợi nghĩa một kho văn bản nắm giữ điều mặc khải, nhưng điều đó chỉ suy ra từ nhan đề, không phải từ thân sách mà tôi chưa đọc.

Đoạn mô tả hiện có, thực chất là một đoạn chuyển nhượng bản quyền, viết ở ngôi thứ nhất, nhường bản quyền vĩnh viễn cho Internet Archive và EFF với điều kiện không sửa một chữ, kèm lời xem đó là "món quà" và là cơ hội gây quỹ. Cấu trúc như vậy làm lộ hai tầng: tầng văn bản chính và tầng khung pháp lý bao quanh nó. Cũng vì thế mà bản lưu này nằm ở giao điểm giữa văn học, vận động chính sách bản quyền và bảo tồn số, chứ không chỉ thuần là một sách bói.
